freitag

guess what? last night i ran for 30 minutes non-stop on the treadmill. at first i was struggling for 25. then i thought, week eight of the running podcasts is 28 minutes, and then what's two more minutes on top of that? i felt like a machine. and one of the things that actually got me through it was knowing that i could write about it in this blog today!

that's pretty much all i have to say. friday is weigh in and this morning i was 120.2. not a loss but in my goal range which is fine by me. i did a little bit of pigging out last night at the euchre party.

wow! congrats nice job! I remember when I finally broke the 12 min run mark it was such a big deal to me, since I had to do 12 mins runs in school and never could, now I run 40+ mins straight, HA! to the 12 min run!
