totally believe it. In high school you're only going to be active if you're on a team of some kind and then only in that season. I think there's a serious lull in active women until maybe 30 or something when metabolism changes and they start packing on pounds. I know I'm the most active person I know and I still don't even meet the 30 minutes a day guidelines. It's a pretty sad state for the health of our country.
i'm a 28 year old female from toronto, ontario. i originally started this blog to document my weight loss (using weight watchers online), and since i met those goals two and a half years ago, this blog is a little about me, a little about fashion, and a lot about fitness, well being and maintaining a healthy weight. i completed my goal of running a half-marathon on september 27, 2009. my latest fitness goals are: starting a weight training program and eating more whole (less processed) foods.
