An avocado and brie sandwich sounds so decadent! I can't even begin to imagine how wonderful such a thing might taste, especially if it was on some kind of nutty bread ... mmm
Man, I'm so jealous of you, Eury. Just reading your blog and your menus, you seem to have a really clear head about WW and things seem so easy for you. I know that sounds weird, but I wish I was in maintenance mode like you. I am tired of losing. I've spent 4-1/2 years doing it and I'm sick of it. I want to maintain. I'm just struggling really bad right now. *sigh*
Running and tap dancing in the same night? Way to go!
avocado and brie oh my!!
laura and sara: it was so delicious. and from a restaurant haha. i don't have things like that at home. and it kept me full for so long. so much healthy fat.
jennifer: thanks for the compliment, although things definitely aren't easy for me. maintaining is easier than losing, but it's hard to maintain. i'm jealous of you for taking care of your weight issues so early on. i struggled through high school and university going on stupid diet after diet before i really committed myself to healthy change. and for the record, i post my menus in the morning and stick to them for the most part, but sometimes i do stray (at night... ugh) and eat things i shouldn't.
runnergirl: i was pretty tired for tap lol.
I've got to agree...your menus are pretty gormet...like you'd see them on the menu at a bistro or something...doesn't really compare to the ham and mustard sandwich I just ate for lunch on ww bread. Bleh haha
I'd love to see my hubby at his work. It's be so fun if our works interacted for an event!
