3 more miles today to make it 15/15. i really didn't want to run but the challenge pushed me to do it... so that's good :)
i will post about my new veg tomorrow. (it's not that exciting)

Good for you Eurydice! :) I know that feeling where you don't want to run, but you do because of the challenge. That happens everytime I get on the treadmill. Yay for the challenge! At least it's keeping us on track :)
i'm a 28 year old female from toronto, ontario. i originally started this blog to document my weight loss (using weight watchers online), and since i met those goals two and a half years ago, this blog is a little about me, a little about fashion, and a lot about fitness, well being and maintaining a healthy weight. i completed my goal of running a half-marathon on september 27, 2009. my latest fitness goals are: starting a weight training program and eating more whole (less processed) foods.

You're awesome. Lately when I don't feel like doing something, I just don't do it. That's why I've gained 30 pounds! LOL
