happy monday everyone.
beginning this week i am going to count points religiously. (at least for this week.) i like my weight to hover between 120 and 125. i told myself that as soon as i see the number 125 i would snap back into action - and that's what i am going to do. for the rest of my life haha.
i went to the gym on saturday and did day two week two of the couch to 5k podcasts yesterday. then i ate a big fat piece of chocolate cake. it was very delicious.
word on the street yesterday went very well. it was very busy and i had a great time. i didn't get any books though... because i'm too poor.
here is today's menu:
smoothie consisting of:
small banana (1.5)
1/2 cup light silk soy (0.5)
a few strawberries (0)
1 tbsp PB2 peanut butter powder (0.5)
and all bran flakes cereal (not in the smoothie) (1)
whole wheat bun (2)
lemon pepper tuna (2)
dinner: taco salad
2 taco shells crushed (2)
100g taco meat (5)
40g cheese (2)
red and green peppers (0)
snack: maybe 2 slices ww toast if i'm hungry (1)
and if i go to the gym then maybe an after dinner snack too.
