rainy tuesday

today is a rainy tuesday but i'm into it. except i had to take the subway to work and the car on the bloor line was SO HOT. what is up with the heat in some of these subway cars. very claustrophobia inducing! last night i had the most delicious taco salad. it was heavenly. the best part is that i only used half of my leftovers (except all the salad) so i can have it again tonight. i really don't mind eating the same thing a few days in a row. hey... if it's not broken...

bran flakes (2)
1/2 banana (1)

The heat on some subway cars just kill me - you are right about the claustraphobia!!

10 and 1s are running 10 minutes, walking 1 minute. A very popular way to run long distances!

Great work on keeping up with the C25K and the podcasts!!!

good luck with the running! i'm working up to my first 5k- i love to bike, i've just never been great at running. anyway, i was just curious as to how tall you are? thanks for all of your posts- it's great to see the mindset of someone maintaining and how important it is to not let yourself get down about normal weekly fluctuations (+/- 5ish pounds= nothing to stress over.... right? haha).

I'm 5'6" - I have a very small frame though!

I'm 5'6 also! I actually don't have a blog yet, i just sort of luck around, haha. Eventually I'll get around to making one, at the moment I just don't have the tme/commitment to posting on one faithfully, so I figure it's not worth it to put up a blog if i'm not going to update it. It is SO funny that you just mentioned how your bra size went from 36C to an A, I just realized that now I'm a 32B (I also used to be a C)- definately an excuse to go shopping! even though shopping's not my favorite thing in the world, it was definately necessarry so I wasn't swimming in my bra!
