I haven't been updating because I had a few days off of work. I've haven't been counting points, but I've been exercising every day and haven't gained any weight which is great.
Here is today's menu:
2 slices ww toast with apple butter (1)
subway sub (6) or
harvey's veg. burger (6)
Not sure as I'm going to a friend's house.
