I haven't been updating because I had a few days off of work. I've haven't been counting points, but I've been exercising every day and haven't gained any weight which is great.

Lunch:
subway sub (6) or
harvey's veg. burger (6)

Dinner:
Not sure as I'm going to a friend's house.

dominion... it's because of the fibre! (if you eat it in moderation of course!) and it's not like butter at all - like appley jam!
