I didn't make it to the gym this morning but I have time to go after work, so it's all good.

Breakfast: 2 slices pumpernickel bread (2)
2 tbsp PB2 peanut butter (1)

Lunch: SAME AS BREAKFAST how boring can I be... or lazy this morning. (3)
and quaker crunchems (2)

Snack: Yogurt (2) This is a new kind they were handing out on the subway last week.
11/19
Dinner is a mystery right now. I'm thinking something with a sweet potato on the side. Mmmmm. Maybe some fish.
