this week the plan

monday: 40 minutes swimming

tuesday: 30 minutes elliptical, sit-ups, lunges

wednesday: 30 minutes swimming

thursday: 30 minutes elliptical, sit-ups, lunges

friday: 30 minutes swimming

saturday: 30 minutes elliptical, sit-ups, lunges

sunday: rest day.

i am going swimming in a few minutes, and then i finally get to try out my new rice cooker. i am probably more excited than i should be :)

I"m a huge fan on my rice cooker, talk about making it easy :0)

also about the weight thing.. I'm ALWAYS at least 4 lbs heavier at night than the morning, guaranteed, I bet that Friday am weigh in was not as scary as you think it may have ben :0)

9.99 for a rice cooker, hmmm interesting!!

My weight is 5lb heavier at night then in the morning, definitely hard to handle but a reality! So I think you are probably just fine!

I remember the Christmas when I finally got all my new dishes, pots and pans, and silverware. Best. Christmas. Ever. You go right on and enjoy that rice cooker!
