i def. have a warped body image. all week long i've been snacking... sort of. i think i'm staying within points, but i feel bigger if that makes sense. this morning i stepped on the scale to face the music and i am up 1 pound from last week - but still within my normal range.... so why did i feel so crappy about myself? i looked in the mirror and thought for SURE i looked bigger. but obviously i'm not. and i actually was thinking... how can my pants still fit if i've obviously gained 5 or more pounds. (i wear pretty tight pants) ARGH!
