oh monday. i'm pretty tired today. i pigged out in a major way this weekend so i am going to compensate this week by going veggie crazy. my mom and i went a little ridiculous at the grocery store yesterday and now i'm going to have to actively try really hard to eat all of the fruits and veggies before they spoil.
bran flakes and light silk soy (1 - was a very small amount)
plain instant oatmeal (2)
huge spinach salad with mushrooms, baby tomatos, carrots (0)
can of tuna (3)
salad dressing (1)
yogurt with kamit puffs (2)
yet to be determined but i'll save 2-4 points for wine, as i'm meeting friends later!
