Wednesday Menu

Pre-swim:
2 slices ww toast
1/2 chocobran

Breakfast:
oatmeal
strawberries
blueberries
coffee

Lunch:
spinach salad with mushrooms, tomatoes, carrots, tuna

Snack:
2 ryevita crackers with PB
strawberries

Dinner:
chicken breast
asparagus
mashed cauliflower

Post-gym:
grapes
