i have been neglecting exercise in the past couple of days so today it's back to the gym. i did a lot of jumping around on friday and my muscles have been really sore. still, i feel like someone has kicked me in the ribs. ouchy.
i'm going to try and run on the treadmill for 30 minutes. maybe i should check the temp and see what is going on outside. my bf got me this really cute lululemon workout outfit which is nicer than my regular clothes.
today i'm eating
a few things i shouldn't (but already have)
reduced sugar apple cinnamon oatmeal
maybe a salad - i should go grocery shopping
and now on to the gym.
