Welcome to My Blog

Thanks for visiting my blog. I'm starting this blog to document my progress on weight watchers online. So far I've lost 25 pounds with 10 or so more to go. I almost reached my goal but have been slowly gaining/self-sabotaging. It's almost summer and I think that this journal/extra tracking might give me a little more motivation.

Today's Menu:

1 TBSP powered peanut butter (0.5)
oatmeal (2)

L: grilled chicken breast (3)
sesame seed bun (4)
salad (0)
dressing on side (2)
mustard/tomato/lettuce (0)

I was a bit nervous about going out for lunch with my co-workers today. We are going to this Mexican place. I am going to order the grilled chicken sandwich, no mayo, with a side salad. I hope I'm estimating the chicken and sesame bun correctly, but I do have some activity points to balance me out if I'm wrong.
