I've been wanting to try one as well, but I'm really not a huge smoothie person. There is no way that it would keep me full until lunch.<br /><br />As for relaxing, I am the queen of relaxation so I can't really relate to feeling overwhelmed. I make a point to almost never over-schedule myself. I know that I need time alone to do absolutely nothing or I'll go crazy.
